IT Manager

Own our technology from the ground up — the website, email, data tools, and whatever volunteer systems we need next. Help us pick the right tools (often free) and keep member and donor data secure.

  • Maintain and improve the website and hosting
  • Set up secure storage for donor and volunteer data
  • Advise on our broader tech stack as we grow
  • Support digital fundraising and volunteer-sign-up tools

Media & Communications / Marketing

Shape how Switzerland hears about Rays of Hope — from social content to press outreach to campaign messaging, for every awareness push and screening day on our roadmap.

  • Plan and produce social media content
  • Write press releases, newsletters, and campaign copy
  • Support creative and messaging for each campaign
  • Build relationships with local media and press contacts

Project Manager

Keep our campaigns, screenings, and launch roadmap on track — coordinating volunteers, timelines, and priorities as we go from zero to our first public actions.

  • Coordinate timelines and volunteers across projects
  • Track budgets and deadlines for each action
  • Run regular planning check-ins with the founding team
  • Keep our public roadmap on Events & Actions accurate

Partnership Expert

Build the relationships with hospitals, universities, companies, and community groups that make our work possible — turning our "desired partners" list into signed collaborations.

  • Identify and approach potential clinical and community partners
  • Help structure partnership agreements and terms
  • Support conversations with prospective sponsors
  • Represent Rays of Hope at partner meetings and events
