Patients, family members, caregivers, doctors, researchers, universities, associations — we hear from all kinds of people and organizations, for all kinds of reasons. Tell us what you need. We're a young organization, so we don't have every resource yet, but every message gets a real, personal reply.

Krebstelefon / KrebsInfo, run by the Swiss Cancer League (Krebsliga Schweiz). Weekdays, 10:00–18:00 — free, confidential information, guidance, and psychosocial support for anyone affected by cancer. This form isn't monitored around the clock and Rays of Hope isn't an emergency service — for a medical emergency, call 144 (Switzerland) or your local emergency number.
A few starting ideas by who's asking — none of these are exclusive, and "Something Else" in the form below always works too. We can't promise we can meet every request today, but we'll always tell you honestly what we can do and try to point you toward someone who can help with the rest.
Fill this out and we'll follow up personally — we're a young organization, so every message reaches a real person, not an automated system. If we can't help directly, we'll do our best to point you somewhere that can.
Browse our resources and publications, or just reach out — we'll help you figure out the right next step.
